Motorists who leave their car keys downstairs or on display were putting themselves at risk Thames Valley Police Departmenr advised this month after a Mitsubishi Evo was stolen from a driveway using keys taken from inside the house.
Crime prevention representative, Kama Wager stated there were measures that could be taken to reduce the probability of this happening, staring with reomving all keys from lock after securing all doors each evening. Also by securing downstairs and other accessible windows each night before bed would also reduce the likelyhood of this kind of crime occuring.
These kind of opportunities stand out to criminals and could cause them to target your property.
