Insurer AA comments on car insurance fraud
While purchasing car insurance, being economical with reality is a false economy, as warned by motor insurance organization AA. The car insurance has soared up in last three months by the factor of one third and this practice adds about 30 Euros to each policy held by honest consumers.
According to AA, in addition to failing to disclose convictions and claims, some other factors incorporated by insurance fraud including fronting that mainly involves misleading insurers acting as main driver. It has been also established that over past few months, the cases have been increased tremendously.
Simon Douglas, the managing director of AA car insurance said that they have observed a huge upsurge in instances where insurers have cancelled their policy all because consumers have not informed them of some vital facts.
