Compare Car Insurance News – Swiftcover will insure musicians as Iggy Pop augments the sale increase!
Swiftcover, just like its name, after a ban on its ads headed by Iggy Pop by Advertising Standard Authority, has reacted immediately by proclaiming that it will insure musicians in the future.
Yesterday, ASA ruled that this particular campaign was misleading the UK customers as “The advertisement was headed by a renowned pop star, which might inspire some to assume that this particular insurance policy covered those who were in entertainment, when it did not and because Iggy Pop did not have a policy with Swiftcover”.
However, the inclusion of this pop star in the advertisement has proved so popular among viewers that swiftcover is less likely to have any negative effects of the ban, rather is planning to extend its covers to incorporate musicians.
