British Motorists taking the risk of uninsured driving by dealing the renewals of MOT
As per revealed by uSwitch, high level of reluctance has been observed among the motorists of UK to renew their car insurance premiums.
As per a recent survey made by different price comparison sites, every year, about 4 million Britons drive their vehicles without any MOT and thus overthrow their car insurance policies for the time period of slip.
1/3rd of respondents, as per the survey, took up about one month after expiry period to book a test while 10 % strung the renewal process even longer.
About 80 % of motorists admitted that they have missed the renewal date due to forgetfulness while about 11 % made the excuses by articulating that they were thinking of changing their vehicle.
